Date: 03/13/2013 Description: Fulgence - State Dept ImageTo bring Kayishema to justice, the United States Government is offering a reward for information. Fulgence Kayishema has been indicted for genocide and crimes against humanity. Kayishema was the police inspector of the Kivumu commune, in the Kibuye Prefecture, during the massacre of thousands of Tutsis and Hutu moderates in the Nyarubuye massacre in April 1994. Kayishema is accused of being a principal orchestrator of these killings.

To bring Kayishema to justice, the United States Government is offering a reward to individuals who furnish information leading to his arrest, transfer, or conviction. All information regarding the identity of any informant will be kept strictly confidential.
