Our partnership in the Caribbean Basin Security Initiative enhances security and prosperity throughout the region. We proudly celebrate the richness of artistic expression and promote cultural exchanges that reflect the diverse connections between the United States and Guyana.

As you participate in the Mashramani festivities, I wish all Guyanese peace, happiness, and a productive year ahead. Today I reaffirm the United States’ commitment to build on the existing bridges of friendship and cooperation between our two nations.
