The United States and India held their fifth regional dialogue on the Asia Pacific region in New Delhi on Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Both sides discussed a wide range of global trends and regional issues of mutual concern and committed to continue the exchange regularly in the future.

The discussion was led by East Asian and Pacific Affairs Assistant Secretary Kurt Campbell and his Indian counterpart Ministry of External Affairs Joint Secretary (East Asia) Gautam Bambawale
