On March 21, 2012, the Office of Global Intergovernmental Affairs hosted a “Smart Partnership Dialogue: Global Engagement Series” which provided three state officials from Rio Grande Do Norte, Brazil the opportunity to meet with USG officials, NGO leaders, and private sector representatives.
