Donya is a public diplomacy coned officer from Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Thomas R. Pickering Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellow, Donya interned in the International Labor and Corporate Social Responsibility Office in Washington DC and in the Public Affairs Office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Donya is currently serving in Trinidad and Tobago as a consular officer. During her first tour, she also served as Charge d’ Affaires in Grenada for two weeks.

Prior to joining the Foreign Service, Donya was a public school teacher and a program coordinator at Girls Incorporated of Indianapolis. She is a proud aunt of one neice and five nephews.

Ms. Eldridge holds a bachelor of arts in international business and Japanese studies from Dillard University and a master of arts in international politics and human rights from American University.
