He is the Division Chief in the Office of Adjudication-Oversight Division. He joined the Department’s Office of the Inspector General in 2000 as a management analyst. He later joined the Office of Inspections (ISP) in 2001 as a management inspector. Robert has inspected all areas of management in over 50 overseas posts and domestic bureaus. In 2001, he assisted the Inspector General and three assistant inspector generals on a special inspection requested by the U.S. Congress. Robert was Acting Division Chief for Human Resources in the Bureau of Administration in 2008.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude from George Washington University with a master’s in project management and holds two bachelor of science degrees in international business and general business management from Florida Atlantic University. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing dominoes, and dancing.
