David has over 13 years' experience with Department of Defense principles, methodologies, and functions, with a keen understanding of military OPSEC and COMSEC, to include a great appreciation for INFOSEC and COMPUSEC requirements.

He served as the Senior Information Technology Specialist for the Client Server Environment - System Services (CSE-SS), the SCI Office Information System, and other classified systems at the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), with 6 years' involvement in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I). Emphasis focused on system administration, technical database management, capacity, configuration, and performance management, as well as overall technical workstation and server support.

David supported both the multi-level access (DTW) and TS/SCI only operating environments. He provided desktop and telephonic technical support on the hardware and software utilized to support the aforementioned systems of the USTRANSCOM Intelligence Community. David constantly analyzed the impact of system software releases on both the client and server platforms; developed strategies and milestones for their implementation; and coordinated the implementation of the releases and subsequent debugging and problem resolution. These daily operations involved interaction with other technicians in and outside of the organization.

Mr. Tyree served for over 5 years as the National level representative for U.S. Transportation Command (COTR / COR) at Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems (DoDIIS) configuration control and engineering review boards (CCB and ERB). He liaised with other National infrastructure operations (NSA, GCCS, JDISS, JTIF, JITC, and DTIC). David has proven technical expertise in systems and network performance evaluation, systems integration, and software installation (Life Cycle Management, LCM).
