Question: What is the U.S. reaction to Jordan and Morocco’s possible membership in the Gulf Cooperation Council?
Answer: This is an internal matter between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jordan, and Morocco. We have worked cooperatively with the GCC for quite some time and we look forward to continuing to engage with our GCC partners in the future.
