McHale will deliver keynote remarks highlighting the U.S. Department of State’s use of connection technologies to enhance the impact of people-to-people exchanges, at the Exchange 2.0 Summit on April 27, at 9:30 a.m. at the U.S. Institute of Peace, 2301 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. Subtitled Connected Youth: The Future of Peacebuilding and Problem Solving, this event is co-sponsored by U.S. Institute of Peace (USIP), Soliya, Partners for a New Beginning (PNB) and United Nations Alliance of Civilizations.
