Q: What do you know about the report that two Vietnamese-Americans were detained in Vietnam?
A: The U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City has received official confirmation from the Government of Vietnam that two U.S. citizens have been detained. The U.S. Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City is seeking additional information and has requested consular access to the two U.S. citizens.
