Chief START Negotiator Rose Gottemoeller and Dr. James Miller to discuss the New START Treaty at the Brookings Institution

Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance Rose Gottemoeller and Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Dr. James Miller will speak about the New START Treaty at the Brookings Institution on Tuesday, December 7. Their remarks, followed by questions and answers, will take place from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
