Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg will deliver keynote remarks in an event co-hosted by the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Kissinger Institute on China and the United States in conjunction with the Asia Program and the Kennan Institute on Monday, September 20 at 9:00 a.m. The conference is dedicated to examining regional perspectives on U.S.-China relations. The agenda features speakers representing Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Southeast Asian, and Indian views.
Ambassador J. Stapleton Roy, Director, Kissinger Institute, and former U.S. Ambassador to China, will serve as moderator for the Q&A session and for the concluding panel.
