SECRETARY CLINTON: There is lots of progress of Uruguay over the last 12 years, and I am very excited to be here representing President Obama.

SECRETARY CLINTON: Yeah, my second time, and to see the peaceful transfer of power and to have visited both the president and the president-elect and pledged the strong partnership based on mutual respect and our mutual interests – we’re going to continue to work closely together. Thank you.
