Foreign missions in the United States submit clearance requests to ISO via the automated Diplomatic Clearance Application System (DCAS). ISO coordinates these requests with the Department of Transportation, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, U.S. Secret Service, and various airport authorities, as appropriate.
